The Watt Family Innovation Center at Clemson University is a 70,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility designed to inspire the next generation of thinkers, creators, and problem-solvers. It fosters interdisciplinary collaboration in science, technology, and engineering through flexible, high-tech learning spaces.
Blending Clemson’s historic charm with modern innovation, the brick exterior honors tradition, while the interior features Tiger Orange accents, suspended glass-walled labs, and adaptable workspaces. A raised flooring system supports advanced technology, making the space highly flexible and future-ready.
More than a building, the center serves as a launchpad for student success, attracting industry partners and prospective students while providing an engaging environment for studying, experimenting, and collaboration. Positioned at the quad where students march to graduation, the Watt Family Innovation Center is where Clemson builds the future.
