PMC partnered with LITTLE and DPR to refresh Electrolux’s workspace, transforming it into an innovative and inviting environment that fosters collaboration and connection. By integrating additional meeting areas and transitioning to a free-address system, the design enhances flexibility while neighborhood zones provide structure, designating distinct areas for each department.

Beyond functionality, the space was crafted to immerse employees and clients in the Electrolux brand. A warm, residential aesthetic—featuring natural wood tones, rich textiles, layered textures, and lush greenery—creates an inviting atmosphere that allows clients to envision products in real home settings.

The result is a community-driven workplace that blends modern design with practical innovation, empowering employees while showcasing Electrolux’s products in the best possible light.
