Designed for efficiency, collaboration, and community engagement, the facility transforms how LUESA interacts with the public.
The four-story building features a customer-focused lobby with technology-driven service counters, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. The open floor plan includes collaborative neighborhoods with casual lounge clusters, private meeting rooms, and standing-height counters, fostering interaction and flexibility.
A mix of public and private zones allows for both seamless service and focused work. Strategically placed conference areas support impromptu meetings, while clearly defined activity zones cater to department needs.
