Located in Greensboro, N.C, Truist Leadership Institute offers a new facility on 12 wooded acres with a contemporary lodge ambiance. The retreat-like campus features state-of-the-art classrooms, dining areas, fitness facilities, and 48 guest rooms for overnight visitors. Noteworthy among its amenities, its unique "treehouse" meeting room offers a breathtaking view of the scenic lakeside surroundings.

Truist Leadership Institute provides programs in leadership, team performance, change management, talent strategy, and employee engagement. The institute benefits local communities with customized leadership development for public school principals at no cost. On-campus leadership development programs are available in more than 75 colleges across the Southeast, including 17 Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
