Bandwidth embarked on an ambitious journey to create a next-generation workplace—one that seamlessly integrates work, wellness, and life balance. Their new headquarters, a thoughtfully designed campus, reflects a deep commitment to employee well-being, productivity, and inclusivity.

The expansive project includes a five-story office building, a convention meeting barn, and a Montessori school for employees' children—an intentional approach to fostering a holistic work-life environment. Beyond just workspace, Bandwidth’s campus features a comprehensive array of amenities, including a state-of-the-art gym, a sports complex, and dedicated wellness spaces. These elements are designed to encourage movement, mindfulness, and collaboration, reinforcing a culture that values both performance and personal well-being.

A key focus of the project was neurodiversity, ensuring that every aspect of the design supports diverse work styles and sensory needs. Through an extensive exploration process, we worked closely with Bandwidth to create tailored design solutions that enhance focus, reduce distractions, and promote a sense of belonging for all employees. Ample community spaces and quiet zones offer flexibility, allowing individuals to work in environments that best suit their needs.

PMC played a crucial role in bringing this vision to life by providing architectural glass walls and high-quality furnishings throughout the campus. These elements contribute to an open, yet structured environment that balances transparency with the need for privacy and focus. The result is a workplace that transcends traditional office design—one that supports employees not just in their work, but in their overall well-being, growth, and daily lives.
