PMC Charlotte partnered with TTX, a growing transportation and logistics company, to furnish their new office space with a focus on attracting top talent and enhancing employee retention. The project balanced 60% individual workspaces (offices and workstations) with 40% shared spaces, including focus rooms, meeting areas, and amenities. Designed for flexibility, the space allows employees to choose work environments that best suit their tasks and needs.

To support collaboration, the shared areas incorporated advanced technology and a variety of settings, including a breakroom, lounge, wellness/prayer room, and a multi-media studio. Despite a tight timeline, PMC delivered the project on schedule, ensuring seamless execution. The final space blends functionality with modern aesthetics, featuring sustainable materials and ergonomic furniture. The result is a vibrant, adaptable workplace that enhances employee satisfaction, strengthens collaboration, and helps TTX position itself as an employer of choice. This project highlights PMC’s expertise in delivering custom office solutions that support both business growth and employee well-being.
