Located in a LEED-certified building, the 313,000 SF space brings the company closer to key business operations while providing employees with an environment designed for both productivity and collaboration.

The open-plan design fosters connection and ideation, with dedicated team zones and unassigned seating creating dynamic neighborhoods that support flexibility. A variety of workspace options cater to diverse workstyles, user control, and neurodiversity, ensuring employees can choose spaces that best fit their needs—whether for focused individual tasks or collaborative projects. Secure lockers provide convenient storage, while meeting rooms and a dividable town hall space offer additional flexibility for private discussions, training sessions, and large-scale events.

Beyond work, Honeywell’s headquarters enhances the employee experience with sweeping views of Charlotte from a rooftop-level patio, on-site exercise classes, and seamless building navigation through touchless technologies like facial recognition.

PMC partnered with HOK and JLL to oversee the procurement, design layouts, project management, and installation of high-quality furnishings. Through this collaboration, we helped create a workplace that promotes connection, innovation, and a future-ready way of working.
