Conceptualized by renowned Chef Joe Cash, Scoundrel embodies the spirit of a bold, charismatic disruptor. Rooted in the timeless allure of old-school French brasseries, the design exudes an eclectic old-world charm, enriched by carefully curated materials that lend a refined, well-worn aesthetic. Signature elements—including a striking patio entrance, a vintage arched mirror wall, and an intimate lounge area—set the stage for an atmosphere that is as alluring as it is unconventional.

Chef Cash envisioned a bistro that is both gritty and elegant—where classic sophistication meets a rebellious edge. Throughout the project, PMC worked closely with DP3 Architects to meticulously curate furnishings that bring this vision to life. Every detail has been intentionally crafted to create an immersive dining experience that seamlessly blends old-world romance with effortless cool.
