PMC successfully completed a large-scale, multi-phased installation for a 370,000-square-foot facility in Anderson, SC, operating under an extremely fast-paced schedule. This high-profile project included over 150 private offices, 1,000 workstations, collaborative areas, conference rooms, lobbies, a cafeteria, labs, training rooms, and workrooms—all requiring precise coordination and execution.

Working closely with the MPS & LCK, PMC played a critical role in developing product specifications and approving finishes, ensuring every element aligned with the project’s vision. Our Project Management team leveraged strong industry relationships to coordinate with trades and manufacturers, securing timely shipments and mitigating delays to meet the aggressive deadline.
